Acceptable Use Policy.
The Acceptable Use Policy V5.3 applies to customers who have signed an agreement with Macquarie Technology Group before 3 December 2015. The Acceptable Use Policy V10 applies to customers who have signed an agreement with Macquarie Technology Group on or after 3 December 2015.

Fair Use Policy.
The Fair Use Policy applies to some of our mobile and voice Services as outlined on the Order. This Policy is not applicable for new and renewed customers after 1 June 2021.
